We take referrals (exercise prescriptions) from GPs and Community Nurses if you are recovering from injury, have a health condition that will benefit from careful exercise. It might have been many years since you last exercised, or have never “exercised properly” before. If you want to start exercising safely and effectively – do it with us.

We are thrilled to have Sarah Walker, an expert running coach as part of TMT Fort Fitness!

Her specialised knowledge will enhance our offer, providing professional coaching for runners at all levels.

TMT Small Group Training involves structured workouts led by one of our personal coaches for a small, focused group of no more than 6 people (usually 4 or 5).

This blends the personalisation of one to one training with the energy and motivation of a group setting, offering an engaging, supportive, and cost-effective alternative.

Maybe we are generous, or maybe crazy, but we include our range of Small Group Training in our FORT MIX monthly membership for unbelievable value.

Most personal trainers offering small group fitness training will be charging £100s per month. So, why don’t we?
